Release your product at reduced Go-To-Market time & costs.
It's quite important to get to the market first, or get there fastest, so as to not look like a copycat solution or not start from behind in the race.
An MVP allows you to validate your initial idea/hypothesis much quicker.
If you're bootstrapping or have raised a small FnF/seed round, you might not have adequate budgets to build the full product yet.
This is not exactly how/what the market/users needed, it's better to learn that in a few weeks, course correct and iterate and make changes.
We usually start with a Product Roadmapping engagement. This gives you much better clarity of problem, product, positioning, solution, cost/time effort and detailed documentation.
Our MVP development services allows you to work with us on one of or all 3 of our services above. We usually start with a Product Roadmapping engagement. This gives you much better clarity of problem, product, positioning, solution, cost/time effort and detailed documentation.
You could get quotes from other agencies with the detailed Product Roadmap built by us and you’re not bound or forced to work with us on next stages like Rapid prototyping or the complete design and development of the MVP.
However 98% of the clients that did the product roadmap with us ended up prototyping and building the product with us. The 2% that did not, didn’t because they realized after the roadmapping stage that the product that they were trying to build would require more time effort on their end than they would be able to allocate and hence decided to shelve the project for later.
MVP development after the Product Roadmapping phase because of the depth of understanding and the skills we showcase. However, you could also choose to just work with us directly on the MVP development if you’ve done your roadmapping and designs elsewhere

In this model, you pick the developers you want to work with and you pay a fixed monthly fee per developer. You can think of these developers as your own and can have them work on your project for as long as you’d like. There’s flexibility to quickly scale up and down the resources based on the need of your project.
Pros: Benefit of this model is that there’s more flexibility with your product scope and vision as there’s no predefined scope that we need to stick with.
Cons: One downside of this model is you may not be able to budget upfront the total cost, as you are not hiring them for a fixed duration of time and you’re not hiring them on an outcome basis. You’re hiring these developers on a monthly time basis.
This is an outcome based model. We have defined the exact product to be built in the earlier two phases. Here you pay a fixed predetermined cost for the product to get delivered. There’s a fixed timeline defined as well.
Pros: Benefit of this model is that, you would know upfront what you are going to pay in total and by when the product would be completed.
Cons: The only disadvantage with this model is the amount of flexibility is limited. We cannot make massive changes to the scope of the project that we’ve determined through our earlier phase of Product Roadmapping
Do you have a great idea in mind? Worry not. F22 Labs can help you take your idea to the MVP stage quickly.
Our process involves beginning with an initial Product discovery call and followed by detailed product roadmapping.
We Identify key modules, establish key user objectives, create feature lists and define success criteria for each module.
Define detailed user stories linked to the features sets
Use modern design patterns to create wireframes that show the general flow of the product and function to get a early view on usability
Identify fit-for-future technology for db, backend/frontend systems & design a cloud agnostic system architecture
Establish a product feature prioritization matrix and create a technology & product roadmap that outlines the product development and release for MVP and beyond.
Create a developer documentation that outlines the interface requirements, data retrieval process, business requirements, API requirements for front-end , database and business logic layer for MVP
Use modern design patterns to create wireframes that show the general flow of the product and function to get a early view on usability
Create high fidelity mockups from the wireframe and establish a design language for the product that can be used a design guideline for future
Create detailed front-end interactive mockups and along with test data which can be used to get early feedback from users/ clients.
After the product roadmapping and design prototyping is done, the next stage would be to build out the MVP laid out in the roadmap. To do this we put the right team together to work on the project.
There’s complete transparency in terms of who is working on your project and what stage is the project at. We are able to deliver this transparency through the below described tools.
Our team has been working with clients in the US, UK, Australia, Middle East for almost a decade and is well skilled and trained to build a project remotely. We however maintain a 4 hour overlap with your timezone to ensure we can all get on a call to have any discussions/brainstorming sessions that may be needed.

With F22 Labs, you'll be working with a team that's not only proficient in technology, design and product skills, but we're also self managers. You won't need to go about micromanaging the team to get the output, so you can focus your energy on other aspects of your business.
They say you can only have 2 of the 3. We disagree. With F22 Labs, you will get your MVP built within 12-16 weeks, at a cost that's definitely less than what agencies in the US would cost and with quality that will speak for itself.
We work with cutting edge technologies. We are constantly exploring and testing new development stacks, languages, frameworks and tools by building internal projects to test out what can be built with them and how we can leverage the latest technology for our clients.
We work with our clients with a healthy overlap in their timezone, whichever timezone they're in. We believe that building beautiful products requires a healthy mix of brainstorming and creative fusion and also the individual focussed time to focus and get shit done.
The reason we're able to deliver 100% of our projects without any cost or time overruns, is because we invest time upfront in understanding the problem that you're trying to solve, your requirements in great detail and what's the best MVP that we can build to solve that problem. We call this our product roadmapping exercise.
Every build that gets released is reviewed by at least one other senior developer and tested both through automated unit tests and with real user testing to ensure that your MVP is bug free.
Go-to Market quickly. Our team can design develop & deploy an MVP that gets your early users delighted.
